Domestic Shipping Information

  • Most orders will ship within two weeks of receipt.  
  • Some orders will take longer.  This will be noted in product description.  
  • If you are considering 2nd day shipping, please contact me prior to ordering to ensure that the items you wish to order are in-stock and ready to ship.  

Studio Pick-up

  • You can come pick up your items at my shop!  I will email you when your order is ready & we can arrange a time for you to visit the studio and pick it up.  My shop is in Westbrook, about 20 minutes from downtown Portland ME.  

International Shipping Information

  • I am happy to ship anywhere in the world.
  • All duties, taxes, etc. will be your responsibility.  
  • Item value will be listed as purchase price.  
  • Because certain international shipments cannot be insured, I do not guarantee delivery of international shipments.  If your item does not show up let me know; I will file a claim, but I will not be held responsible for items lost during international shipment.  


I want you to feel so darn good about your purchase!  If you are not satisfied with the fit, decide you just don't want it (gasp!), or think that it is defective contact me right away to explain the situation and I will let you know how best to proceed.  

  • Returns made within fourteen days of receipt are eligible for refund.  
  • Returns made within 30 days of receipt are eligible for store credit.  
  • Returned items must be in unworn condition and accompanied by your order #.
  • Items damaged by customer-performed refitting are not eligible for return.
  • You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is deffective.  
  • Original shipping fees will not be refunded.  
  • Custom orders and one of a kind pieces are not returnable.  Thank you for understanding!
  • If your piece breaks, is damaged, or wears out, please contact me. I do not offer a warranty but I will do everything I can to make you happy!
