Donation Shipping Option

Please consider the 'Donation' Shipping option.  Here is how it works:  You make a donation of $10 or more to one of the non-profits listed below.  Select the Donation shipping option, and check out as per usual.  Email me a screenshot of your donation confirmation, or forward me a copy of your donation confirmation email.  Cat@catbates.com  Once I recieve your e mail confirming your donation amount I'll ship your order!   Please note, standard turn around times still apply (see general shipping information).  Also, donations must be made no more than 2 days prior to placing your order.  Any questions?  Please Contact Me.  Thanks for participating!  

Eligible non-profits:

General Shipping Information

  • I can ship internationally.  All duties, taxes, etc. will be your responsibility.  Please contact me for a international shipping quote.
  • Most orders will ship within two weeks of receipt.  
  • Some orders will take longer.  This will be noted in product description.  
  • If you are considering 2nd day shipping, please contact me prior to ordering to ensure that the items you wish to order are in-stock and ready to ship.  
  • If you chose the 'Studio Pickup' option at checkout I will email you when your order is ready, and we can arrange a time for you to visit the studio and pick it up.  My shop is in Westbrook, about 20 minutes from downtown Portland.  

 


Fitting and Repair

  • If you receive your order and find the fit unsatisfactory, please contact me.  
  • Customer pays return shipping if refitting is necessary.  
  • Items damaged by customer-performed refitting are not eligible for return.
  • If your piece breaks, is damaged, or wears out, please contact me. I do not offer a warranty at this time, but I will do everything I can to make you happy!  

Returns

  • If you would like to make a return please contact me for an authorization code.  
  • Returns must be in unworn/unused condition and accompanied by the receipt.
  • Returns made within five days of receipt are eligible for refund.  Returns made within 30 days are eligible for exchange or store credit.  
  • Return shipping and proper packaging is the responsibility of the customer.
  • My products are designed to be extremely durable, and I package them thoroughly. If your order is damaged while being shipped to you I will happily exchange it, and refund you for return shipping. In such an instance please contact me within one day of receiving your order.  
  • Custom orders and one of a kind pieces are non-returnable, but may be eligible for exchange. Please contact me to discuss.
