Donation Shipping Option

Please consider the 'Donation' Shipping option.  Here is how it works:  You make a donation of $10 or more to one of the non-profits listed below.  Select the Donation shipping option, and check out as per usual.  Email me a screenshot of your donation confirmation, cat@catbates.com.  Once I recieve your email confirming your donation amount I'll ship your order!   Please note, standard turn around times still apply (see Domestic shipping information).  Also, donations must be made no more than 2 days prior to placing your order.  Any questions?  Please Contact Me.  Thanks for participating!

Domestic Shipping Information

  • Most orders will ship within two weeks of receipt.  
  • Some orders will take longer.  This will be noted in product description.  
  • If you are considering 2nd day shipping, please contact me prior to ordering to ensure that the items you wish to order are in-stock and ready to ship.  
  • (Studio Pickup is not currently available, but will be again in November)  If you chose the 'Studio Pickup' option at checkout I will email you when your order is ready, and we can arrange a time for you to visit the studio and pick it up.  My shop is in Westbrook, about 20 minutes from downtown Portland.  

International Shipping Information

  • I am happy to ship anywhere in the world.
  • All duties, taxes, etc. will be your responsibility.  
  • Item value will be listed as purchase price.  
  • Because certain international shipments cannot be insured, I do not guarantee delivery of international shipments.  If your item does not show up let me know; I will file a claim, but I will not be held responsible for items lost during international shipment.  

Returns

I want you to feel so darn good about your purchase!  Most orders will include free return shipping.  If you are not satisfied with the fit or decide you just don't want it (gasp!), pop it back in the envelope and send it back with a note explaining if you would like to return or exchange for something else.  If you think the item is somehow defective of course let me know.  Details:

  • Returns made within fourteen days of receipt are eligible for refund.  
  • Returns made within 30 days of recipt are eligible for store credit.  
  • Returned items must be in unworn condition and accompanied by your receipt.
  • Items damaged by customer-performed refitting are not eligible for return.
  • Domestic orders will include a prepaid return shipping label.  
  • For international shipments you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.  
  • If you are requesting a refund I will do so within 7 days of receiving your return and ensuring that it is in unworn condition.  
  • Original shipping fees will not be refunded.  
  • Custom orders and one of a kind pieces are not returnable.  Thank you for understanding!
  • If your piece breaks, is damaged, or wears out, please contact me. I do not offer a warranty but I will do everything I can to make you happy!
